With a strong foundation in engineering and business, Collins has a proven ability to translate technical expertise and operational knowledge into robust commercial strategy. He has led full-cycle project management, P&L oversight, strategic planning, and high-performing team development across diverse markets. His leadership style is anchored on identifying market opportunities, optimizing processes, and steering organizations through complex challenges to achieve measurable results.
